The fish is smoked at temperatures between 70°C and 80°C. This means that the trout is baked and smoked simultaneously.

When cooked, the fish is tender, juicy and easily shreds with a fork.

Ideal to eat as a main course accompanied by dill or horseradish sauce; in salads or pasta.
