These conditions govern the sale of products through the Nordic Deli website. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.

Nordic Deli products are packaged food items, some of which are perishable, intended for human consumption.

Nordic Deli reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in force at the time of purchase.


2. Purchase Process

The purchase process is carried out entirely through the website. Once the product is selected and payment is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

The confirmation does not imply final acceptance of the order until it has been prepared and shipped.


3. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase process.


4. Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be displayed during the purchase process and must be completed before order confirmation.


5. Shipping

5.1 Carrier

Shipping is carried out through SEUR.

5.2 Costs and Delivery Times

Delivery costs and times depend directly on SEUR, as well as the destination and the selected service.

Nordic Deli cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as these are the responsibility of the carrier.

5.3 Delivery

The order will be considered delivered when the carrier makes it available to the customer at the indicated address.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and ensuring receipt of the order.


6. Product Storage

As these are food products, the customer is responsible for following the storage instructions indicated on the packaging and product description from the moment of delivery.

Nordic Deli is not responsible for improper use, storage, or handling after delivery.


7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products such as those sold by Nordic Deli.

For this reason, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • the product arrived in poor condition;
  • the product does not match the order placed.

In such cases, the customer must contact Nordic Deli as soon as possible, providing photos and details of the issue.


8. Customer Service

For any questions, incidents, or claims, the customer can contact through the channels indicated on the website.


9. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
